Lisa has extensive experience in pelvic health working with men and women of all ages and pelvic conditions.
She is an APA Titled Women's, Men's & Pelvic Health Physiotherapist, meaning the APA recognise her as a highly qualified practitioner.
Lisa has completed post graduate studies in pelvic floor, prolapse care and pessary fitting.
Lisa approaches her work with sensitivity & care, wanting the best outcome for all her clients.
Mon enjoys working with women of all ages to manage incontinence and prolapse. After recently becoming a mother she is passionate about treating pregnancy related musculoskeletal issues and helping women recover from child birth and achieve their goals.
As physio’s we are always learning and Mon is currently completing a masters in women’s and pelvic health.
Sabrina is passionate about treating pregnancy related musculoskeletal pain, delivering post natal education and services such as mastitis management. She runs both group and individual exercise interventions at our clinic.
Due to her background in soccer and functional strength training, Sabrina really loves working with the female athlete population, and promoting the benefits of exercise to women across the lifespan. She believes in medicine through movement and mindfulness; adapting and moderating to suit the individual and their goals.
Jo graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2013 from the University of Queensland. She has also completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy from the University of Melbourne. Jo developed a passion for pelvic health from her experience working in public health, providing antenatal and postnatal care on the maternity ward and pre- and post-operative physiotherapy for gynaecology and urology surgery. She has a special interest in treating women and men with bladder and bowel problems, prolapse, and pelvic or sexual pain, and loves working with her patients to achieve their goals.
Sally joined the Physio Fit team in 2021 after moving back to Tasmania from Queensland. She graduated from the University of Tasmania in 2016 with a Bachelor of Health Science. Sally then completed a Doctor of Physiotherapy degree at Bond University. Since graduating, she has gained experience working in various private practices within Brisbane and regional Queensland.
She enjoys using her clinical skills to treat a range of musculoskeletal conditions. Sally provides the most up to date evidence and management to assist her clients in achieving their goals.
Sally is also passionate about all areas surrounding women’s health having completed various courses including prolapse, stress urinary incontinence, overactive bladder, bowel, and pre/post-natal physiotherapy.
In her spare time Sally enjoys bush walking, going to the beach, and helping on her family hobby farm.
Kahlia is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist who graduated from the University of Tasmania in 2017 with a Bachelor of Exercise Science and Professional Honours in Exercise Physiology. Since graduating Kahlia has predominately worked in a private practice setting working with clients with a range of musculoskeletal injuries and chronic health conditions. She enjoys working with pre and post natal women, and men and women undergoing, and post, cancer treatment. Kahlia is passionate about educating individuals on the power of exercise for both prevention and treatment and providing tailored exercise programs to help clients achieve their goals and improve their health. Outside of work Kahlia enjoys staying fit and active by strength training in the gym, playing touch football and exploring the natural beauty that Tasmania’s environment has to offer.
JJ qualified as a Remedial Massage Therapist in 2014 having studied in Victoria. Since joining Physiofit in 2015 she has gained much experience in a range of massage modalities including, , manual lymphatic drainage, pregnancy and baby massage. She is passionate about good health and well-being for members of the whole family. When not working as a RMT, JJ is being mum to Phoebe And Hugo, while working on the farm as well.
Denise has been a member of the Physiofit team since 2012 and provides an extensive range of qualified services. These include manual lymphatic drainage therapy*, remedial massage therapy and Yoga which has provided her with knowledge on the therapeutic benefits of stretching.
Denise also holds qualifications in cupping and completed further study in neck and shoulder pain. She has a keen interest in all of these areas.
In her down time Denise enjoys jazz, tap dance, drawing and eating chocolate!

Cecilia graced Physiofit with her presence in March, 2017, joining the team as a massage therapist. Originally from New Zealand, with Pacific Island background, she has 20 years of massage experience, working in clinics, hospices, hospitals and her own business. Her style is unique and caters for each individual. She enjoys working with clients of all ages and genders including pre and post natal women. Cecilia has a wonderful sense of humour, keeping the staff entertained. When not massaging she spends her time reading.
